I must admit when I first looked at the Ovo B4 cock ring, I was a bit confused. Was I supposed to put it on my cock or use it like a shoe horn? I had never seen a cock ring like it. We did find that in this position, the bar benefited from being worked by a spare hand against the labia.

The unique design of the Ovo B4 cock ring made it work well as an aid for manual stimulation; I would put the ring around my pointer and middle fingers and lay the bar against my palm. I could then penetrate Lilly with my fingers while pressing the textured vibrations against her.
